Program Notes
Piano
'Fantasmes' was commissioned by and dedicated to pianist Mark van Nispen, who also recorded the work. The three short pieces are impressions on poems by the Dutch poet Frederik van Eeden (1860-1932). Although the pieces belong together they can be performed independently of each other.
