Duet for mandolin and accordion. Ode to Fano, a sunny village on the Adriatic coast, between olive trees and grape vines.
Originally 'La Moretta Fanese' was drunk by the sailors of Fano to keep warm.
Recipe:
- Pour 10 ml brandy, 20 ml anise and 10 ml rum into a punch cup.
- Add 2 sachets of cane sugar and heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour espresso over it and top it off with a piece of lemon zest.
