Over Het Spoor voor saxofoons / Across The Track for Saxophones
A work for saxophone orchestra originating from 1993,
that was recently recouvered in the vaults of Henk van Twillert And I have written it down in a computerfile in 2023
It is a transcription from one of my first compositions from 1983 Originally for two piano’s and percussion.
The title refers to the region of my home town where I have my house. Over Het Spoor is the workingmans region
and my teacher Tristan Keuris, who actually liked the work,
said about the piece "you can hear where he is comming from" considdering the noisy and hammering sounds in the music.
