Somni means "dreams" in Catalan. The Sardana is a Catalan circle dance that is danced outside in large squares. The Sardana is originally played by a Cobla orchestra: traditional Catalan instruments from the Middle Ages. In this arrangement Somni has been converted into an arrangement for large wind band.
