TO THE JOURNEY was composed with the intention of feeling a journey through emotions, resembling life's journey. The player will have the freedom to play around with rubatos, long breaths, etc. The focus should be on the transmission of emotions, which will get the player in touch with the truth behind making music. A great starter or encore piece for recitals to be enjoyed by both the clarinetist and the audience.
