ACTIONS ! Saxophone Quartet No2 - a work with a lot of new instrumentaltechniques
Saxophone Quartet no2 was composed in the late 1990s. It was a time when musicians explored all kinds of new techniques.
So they started asking composers to create new works where they could showcase their new found skills. So this is one of the compositions I made in that time using different techniques.
I think this work can be a challenging piece for any saxophone quartet to study. And it also adds a somewhat different, interesting but also a bit funny piece to your repertoire
