Ein Traum, ein Traum ist unser Leben
Auf Erden hier.
Wie Schatten auf den Wogen schweben
Und schwinden wir,
Und messen unsre trägen Tritte
Nach Raum und Zeit:
Und sind (und wissen’s nicht) in Mitte
Der Ewigkeit.
